Torsten Holmer
|
Torsten is a cognitive scientist who studied work and organizational psychology at the
University of Oldenburg.
His special interest lies in creativity techniques such as Mindmapping, MetaPlan, PMI etc. and how they can be
used to design a group software which supports creative teams in the
i-LAND project. Another area is the development
of new visualization metaphors for information spaces.
Before he joined the AMBIENTE division he was a member of the former OCEAN department.
There he was involved in the evaluation of
DOLPHIN
and finished his diploma thesis "Brainstorming mit Hypertext".
His general interests are
- CSCW (Interfaces and User awareness)
- Hypermedia (Navigation and Visualization)
- Evaluation (Methods and Data Analysis)
